The cleanse method that will save your wardrobe

Don’t we all know the problem? Loads of clothes in our closet that we don’t wear but don’t really want to throw away. Well, it’s time for a change. After all, throwing clothes out means more empty space. Empty space equals a reason to shop for new stuff! Most closet cleansing methods advise you to clean out your closet quickly, like ripping of a bandage. But that way usually leaves you with still too many clothes in your closet. So our challenge is a slow one. We take it a week at a time.


Ready for the wardrobe challenge?
Look at it as a fun challenge. Revisit your wardrobe every week. Look for items you can sell, donate or give away to friends. Slowly and steadily your closet will lose the items you haven’t touched in years. Spacing out the 'throw away moment' will make it a lot easier to get rid of items that might give you a little nostalgia.

After six months you won’t have to look for your favourites in a huge pile. Everything in your wardrobe will be your favourite. You have more room for new favourites, plus your closet will look much more pretty and neat.
