Withdrawal Policy

If the Seller is a professional seller (indicated by 'trusted seller') and the Buyer is a consumer (i.e. does not buy Items in a professional capacity) then the Buyer has the right to withdrawal. The right of withdrawal gives Buyers (consumers) a "cooling-off period" of 14 days to decide whether they want to keep their purchase, whereby the Buyer may inspect and use the Item in the same way as he would do in the shop. If the Buyer goes beyond what is necessary to determine the characteristics of the Item, the Buyer shall be liable for any reduction in the value of the Item. For example, the Buyer may try on the Item, but may not wear it to a party.

The Buyer has the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, the Buyer has another 14 days to return his/her purchase. The Buyer will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs credited by the Seller. Only the costs of returning the goods from the Buyer to the Seller are at the Seller's expense. If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the Seller with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. The model withdrawal form can be used for this purpose. The Seller will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of the return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.
